A very warm welcome to Bugle School.
Bugle School is set in the heart of the Cornish clay area and close to the town of St Austell. We provide a happy, safe and caring environment for all. Parents, staff and governors aim to provide our children with the best opportunities possible to develop independent skills required for everything that their future holds. Our staff team is well established, with many of them having worked in the school for several decades, showing what a pleasure it is to work with the young people of Bugle.
Our motto is ‘to build a love of learning that lasts a lifetime’ which demonstrates our drive to give our pupils the best possible future. We are proud of the diverse cultures of our community and enjoy opening our doors and inviting parents and community members into our school.
We have developed our school to support our commitment to the whole curriculum, offering a dedicated Art Studio, Music Room and Library as well as a TIS room to support the emotional literacy of our children. Recently, we have developed a sensory room called The Cove to offer a place of calm and sensory input for those that benefit from it. We also have a purpose built Early Years unit housing our youngest learners, from 2 to 5/6 year olds. We are proud to say that we are an Early Excellence partner school.
