Your Key Persons this year will be Mrs Facey and Mrs Torres and we are excited to work with you.
We have lots of exciting opportunities to play together, for example, this term our theme is 'Marvellous Me' To support our thinking, we will be exploring what makes us unique, our emotions, our family, friends and community.
Our nursery caters for children from the term of their second birthday to four years of age. Children can be admitted to the nursery at any time during the school year, but our usual intake is in September. Depending on numbers we may have further intakes in spring and summer.
In the nursery we provide the children with opportunities to explore and learn through play, as well as more focused experiences. Everything is designed to develop the essential social and learning skills children need when entering more formal learning at a later stage. We promote inquisitive minds and independent attitudes and have created a space in which children can thrive. Our nursery is a carefully planned environment which allows children to explore, practice and refine learning using a core set of resources which are built upon throughout the year.
We offer a large outdoor area which is partially covered to allow access whatever the weather.
